Happy Easter!
At around this time of the year many people paint eggs.
But not us.
E. and I decided to paint beer bottles instead. It was a lot of fun, but it could've been more fun at this stage, if we would have used the same technique as for painting eggs, I'm talking mainly about the process of emptying the eggs.
But I know I will empty these "special" easter eggs in a few days.
Aren't they beautiful!

WHat a good idea. ANd the result seems beautiful. MAybe it was good that you didn't empty the bottles before painting them!
Glad you like them! What about you and DD paint some wine bottles? That would be cool, more surface to paint on.

That was the plan actually, but we didn't think the oil paint would take at least a week to get dry. Should I save them for next Easter? Maybe not...
